Exceptional Wellness is a wraparound agency that provides comprehensive outpatient mental health services. We offer face-to-face and telehealth care on a as-needed basis to underserved at-risk youth in the privacy of their home. Our integrated treatment modality enables us to treat our clients with a "whole wellness" approach that attacks mental health concerns from all angles. Our team of vetted clinicians have vested experience in working with at-risk children and teens who manage Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), dual diagnoses, and co-occurring disorders.

Meet Our Organization Team

Our team of case managers, therapists, and psychiatrists serve as a year-round extension of classroom structure, keeping kids engaged in safe and productive activities, and focused on their long term educational and vocational goals. Our community-based service delivery enables us to meet our clients "where they are"- literally and figuratively. Our case managers offer in-home skills training and case management. In skills sessions, our clients receive the one-on-one guidance necessary to positively manage and communicate their emotions. We partner directly with other professionals in order to ensure that existing classroom supports are reflected in the collaborative and tailored treatment plans we create for each child. We specialize in navigating family systems-- and while using a strengths-based approach, we ensure the long term success of youths we serve by improving the infrastructure of the family as a whole. This is achieved by providing targeted case management that keeps our clients housing-secure, food-secure, and connected to their communities.
