Staffed with professionals such as psychiatrist, registered nurses, LPC’s, case managers and community support specialist. We help minimize the disabling effects of behavioral and mental illness that impact the capacity for living. The process consist of a five step process, which includes treatment, planning, linking, advocating and monitoring.
